Xavier currently works at BCE as the Head of Production and Digital Media Operations.
He studied engineering and business administration in Germany, England and Nicaragua.
He is responsible for the sales and management of BCE’s video production, streaming operations and digital media operations, with a focus on customers relations.
This includes content processing (traffic, ingest, quality control, post-production, distribution and archiving of acquisition programs) for BCE’s broadcast channels as well as international production companies such as Fremantle, Universal, etc.
With over 20 years of experience, Xavier has acquired a wide range of expertise within BCE.

Passionate about athletics for many years, Xavier is the president of the Athletics Club (CSL) in Luxembourg.
In addition, Xavier has a passion for the traditions and history of Luxembourg. During his trips, he likes to discover ancient cultures and traditions.
Xavier reads a lot of novels, his favorite authors are Henning Mankell who was a Swedish detective writer, and Charles Bukowski, who was a poet and writer and published more than forty books of poetry and prose.
