Our company RTL Interactive operates in the business areas of online/mobile/Teletext/IPTV, media services and licensing, developing new digital business opportunities for the entire Group. The broadcasting and productions operations, as well as technical services, are rendered for the Group by the company CBC.
The shareholder of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, situated in Cologne, is the RTL Group SA with its headquarters located in Luxembourg and whose majority shareholder is Bertelsmann.
